• Family Membership includes a total of 2 seats (1 Man's & 1 Woman's Seat)
• Individual Membership includes 1 seat (1 Man's OR 1 Woman's Seat)
• Each additional seat will incur a charge of $200 (pew) or $150 (rear) 
• Please indicate the total number of seats you need in both Men's and Women's sections.
