2023 High Holiday Sephardic Minyan Seating Request Form

Sephardic Minyan - 8:00am

Location: Ballroom

This seating form must be submitted to the office by Tuesday, September 5, 2023 or we may be unable to satisfy your requests.

  • Family Membership includes 2 tickets (1 Man's & 1 Woman's Seat)
  • Individual Membership includes 1 ticket (1 Man's OR 1 Woman's Seat)
  • Each additional seat will incur a charge of $150 
  • Please indicate the total number of seats you need in both the Men's and Women's sections.

Example 1: Family Member in need of 4 seats will enter 4 and add 2 additional paid seats below.
Example 2: Individual Member in need of 3 seats will enter 3 and add 2 additional paid seats below.

The seating charge of $150 is applicable to both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, even if you only attend one.
